Follow this step-by-step guide to correctly download, install and launch your Autodesk software.

Step 1 — Open the official Autodesk website

Open your browser and go to:

⚠️ If you haven't received any email from Omega Keys or Autodesk and there's nothing in your Spam folder, you may have entered your email address incorrectly during payment. Please check the confirmation page and contact our support immediately at contact@omegakeys.fr so we can fix it.

Step 2 — Sign in to your Autodesk account

⚠️ It's very important to use the same email address for the purchase and for the Autodesk account. The software license is tied directly to the email address you provided at payment, and Autodesk assigns the product to that exact address. If you use a different address, the product won't appear in your Autodesk account and activation will be impossible.

Step 3 — Select the software

Choose the Autodesk program you want to install (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).

⚠️ Please note that Autodesk's email delivery system can sometimes be delayed. If your email address is already linked to an Autodesk account, the product may already be assigned to your account and visible in it, even if the confirmation email hasn't arrived yet. In some cases, receiving this email can take several hours.

Step 4 — Select the version and system

Choose the version, language and your operating system.

⚠️ If the newly assigned product doesn't appear immediately, sign out of your Autodesk account, clear your browser cache, or try accessing your account through a different browser. This will refresh your session and ensure the new product shows up in your Autodesk account.

Step 5 — Download the program

Click "Install" and wait for it to finish.

⚠️ Don't close the download before it completes.

Step 6 — Install the software

Open the downloaded file and run the installation.

⚠️ When prompted, run as administrator.

Step 7 — Complete the installation

Follow the on-screen instructions to the end.

⚠️ Wait until it reaches 100%.

Step 8 — Activation

Open the program and sign in to your Autodesk account for automatic activation.

⚠️ Autodesk products purchased through Omega Keys do not require a traditional license key for activation. After downloading and installing the program, simply sign in using your Autodesk account credentials (email and password). Your Autodesk account itself acts as the activation key — this is how Autodesk securely verifies and activates your product. Manual entry of a license key or serial number is not required.

After signing in, the license is automatically linked to your Autodesk account.

Important Note 2:
Orders placed outside our processing hours (10:00–18:00 CET / UTC+1) are fully confirmed and securely queued for the next processing session. Your license will be delivered automatically as soon as we resume work at 10:00 CET. This small delay is completely normal and ensures that every Autodesk product is properly verified and securely assigned to your account.
